If you are going to get anywhere in Network Marketing, you must first build trust with the prospect or customer.
You can have complete mastery of selling techniques and skills and not be successful. It takes complete trust and and a deep personal connection before people will follow you or buy from you.
In other words, you must have a relationship with the prospect or customer.
A true relationship can only be built by two way communication. It can’t be built by one way communication.
Think of it this way, one way communication is lecturing, browbeating and hounding. Two way communication is interactive and encourages active dialogue between marketer, prospects and customers.
Too many network marketers tell the prospect and customer what they should buy and what level to enter the business. In today’s market and economy that just doesn’t cut it anymore.
You must take the time to build trust and establish a relationship with the prospect and customer. To find out what they will buy and what is preventing them from joining or buying

Too True Mick, it makes a lot of common sense, I still get hundreds of emails everyday of faceless people trying to pitch me the opportunity or system. Just to let you know i found your blog via Ty Tribbles and the comment you left!
don’t you just love the commentluv. I also think that self branding is important as well as showing a picture of yourself and keeping the same pic in every social network, forum and icon site like gravatar! I have the same theme running through my facebook profile, fanpage and group, as well as my commenting icon from gravatar.com and twitter profile!
I think people respond better to a face than just a company profile! what do you think?

Thanks for the comment Phillip.
I am working on getting a good picture of myself to post on my blog and all social media sites that I frequent.
I agree that a friendly face is of the utmost importance in establishing a relationship with others. Company profiles are just too impersonal.

This a fabulous post and may be one that needs to be followed up to see how things go
A comrade sent this link the other day and I’m eagerly waiting your next write. Carry on on the excellent work.
Thanks for the comment Felix. I know that I don’t do business with anyone if I don’t trust them. I believe most people on the internet are the same way. They want a trusting relationship before they join with them or buy from them.
I really enjoyed looking at your sportslivefeed site!
